Purpose of This Manual 

This manual serves to: 

  • Facilitate access to information held by Khayni  that is required for exercising or protecting rights 

  • Comply with the statutory obligations under PAIA 

  • Promote transparency, accountability, and good governance

The company maintains records across various operational functions, including: 

  • Company incorporation documents and governance records 

  • Financial statements and tax filings 

  • Human resources and employee information 

  • Supplier contracts and sourcing documentation 

  • Client communications and project files 

  • Training content and learner records (QCTO/SETA accredited)

Access Request Procedure 

To request access to records: 

  • Submit the form in writing to the Information Officer 

  • Provide sufficient detail to identify the records and motivation for the request 

  • Pay applicable access and reproduction fees (if any) 

Khayni will respond within 30 calendar days, in line with PAIA regulations. 

 

Grounds for Refusal 

Requests may be lawfully refused if: 

  • Disclosure infringes on third-party confidentiality or intellectual property 

  • Information is protected under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 

  • Records relate to legal proceedings or regulatory investigations 

  • Procedural compliance is not met by the requester
